The community is undoubtedly a fundamental aspect of our success, and each year we partner with local philanthropic organizations to give back to the community in any way we can. Who doesn't love a comfy, cozy pair of socks? Every October is SOCKTOBER here at Glendoveer, and this year we're once again partnering with SnowCap Community Charities to organize a sock donation effort through our Pro Shop.
Customers who visit our grounds will have the option of donating either $1 (equivalent to one pair of socks) to the cause OR dropping a new/unused pair of socks in our donation barrel. Did you know that charities receive fewer donated socks than any other article of clothing, BUT socks are the highest in demand? Help us give back to those in need this holiday season and drop by the Pro Shop to contribute to a wonderful cause!
